MaterialsScone powder 200gIce unsalted butter 60g

Milk 60mLAppropriate amount of egg yolk

1) Mix scone powder with ice unsalted butter well.

2) Add milk and stir until it forms a dough.

3) Take out the dough, gently fold it flat 2-3 times, and finally maintain a thickness of about 4 cm.

4) Use a round cutter to cut into 4-5 small round cakes, and coat the surface with a layer of egg yolk liquid.

5) Preheat the oven to 180°C, put the dough into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. (The temperature and time should be adjusted according to the condition of the oven)
